Xmas 2011 Part I

This is the calm before before the storm. We need to vacuum all the dog hair up before the guests arrive for Christmas dinner. I am the number one vacuum engineer....Electrolux...this is where you contact my mama and pops to talk about a marketing deal. You see, I often vacuum while riding the main canister. Not ideal for stairs, but great on the hardwood floors at home. I LOVE ELECTROLUX! Seriously, I love to vacuum.

The big night in full swing. Opa Walter got me this funny worm that is all jelly like and when you shake it a light comes on. Can't wait to hit Gustav with this once we get home. For some reason I love taking my toys and whacking Gus right on the head while he is sleeping on the couch. That usually results in Gus clawing the living hell out of me. Mama keeps lecturing pops about me losing an eye, but pops says sooner or later I will decide whacking Gus is not worth getting clawed. I am not really sure I think about it that much...I just notice that when I have a toy in my hand and Gus is soundly asleep on the couch...the two must meet each other. Oh well.

This is me doing the holiday party circuit. I was at Uncle Jim and Aunt Mylene's house while mama and papa had a cocktail. Lots of Franglais being spoken so I just stayed down low surfing for cheesy poofs and trying to hijack the one Tonka truck that was in the house.

Me back at Opa and Mutti's house doing my best Xmas Chucky impression. You have to admit, it is pretty good. Did not have time to put on all the makeup and fake scars, but you can see I am about ready to raise some Cain....and I did.

More updated photos to come once pops can figure out how to download the other pictures from the new camera. Until then....ciao.

The End of a Year...My First Actually!

Since Halloween I have continued to grow...both in size and teeth. Currently we are weighing in somewhere in the mid-20 pound give or take a large meal or three. Chompers...we got four, enough for pizza!

For Thanksgiving, Uncle Jim, Aunt Mylene, and my cousins Viktor and Henrik came down from the Great White North, though technically it has been pretty brown up there. You will notice some sightings of Mr. Wiskers out and about at the playground. It was a cold day, but pops had a bike race and after that bike race we always go out to get our Christmas Tree. This time, the Walter Clan joined us.

Then after Thanksgiving...mama, pops, and I took a little trip out to Seattle and Boise to see some of the Douglas family members. It was fun...so many kids at Heather's house. I was thoroughly exhausted and look forward to another meeting in the future.

The Boise Crew.

Mr. Wiskers loves fresh fish, but I am not quite sure what is up with that bronze pig standing about 5 feet from me. I better keep an eye on him.

After a long day at Pikes market, we decided to take a trip in the box around Aunt Angie's house. Top three favorite items, Great Grandpa Douglas's walker, Aunt Angie's walking cane, and this good old box from Costco. The hardwood floors made it especially fast.

This is me with Great Grandpa Douglas....spanning the generations.

Enjoy and look for the X-mas update soon.
